Sherri Gfeller and Robert Norris in the service department are very cordial and inform me what needs to be done, if different than what I actually took my car in for. Always explains what was completed before I pay the bill. My car guy, Ron Johnson, comes to visit with me and see if I need anything while waiting the hour, Miss Pearl ( my 2018 Equinox) is being serviced. Can’t ask for better people or service than at Jim Clark’s In Junction City, KS! It would be nice if I could meet the person who does Miss Pearl’s checkup every six months. They are the ones who keep her in tip top shape‼️

Always a pleasure to come here and get service done on my 2020 Equinox. Staff is always great and cheerful. Service dept always asks before they do additional work and the cost so I always know what I will be paying. Great customer service.
