The brought my truck into the shop and completed the requested service. While it was in they updated several warranty upgrades. They do an outstanding job keeping it up to date.

They always go above and beyond with their service. NEVER had and trouble with them.

Robert and the rest of the staff at Jim Clark are very accommodating. They picked my truck up from my place of work and completed the service and the recall work quickly. Arrangements were made so I could pay my bill and pick my truck up after normal business hours. Unfortunately, they informed me that they could not find the slow leak in my tire. So I am still adding air to it. I am confident that they will get it repaired when I return it to the shop

Sherri was awesome with keeping me updated throughout the entire process from the time my vehicle was brought in, pricing on what was recommended and job completion. Everyone did an awesome job.

My last service I had a tire repaired and my locking lug nut key was not put back therefore no one in town to include roadside service could take my tire off. This service, I was in emergent need to fix a leak in the same tire they had “fixed” so I could go to Texas as my son in-law was in a severe car accident. Sheri was able to work me in and fix the problem approximately two hours later I was on the road and I no longer have locking lug nuts.

Sherri is amazing, as usual: very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

My issue was addressed quickly. Service Manager (Robert) was friendly and pleasant. He explained the estimate to me and answered questions. I liked the “store” appearance, especially the flags! Other employees I interacted with were nice and friendly.

Brought my 2024 Traverse by for warranty work, they repaired it, while I waited in the customer lounge. Didn’t seem to take any time at all!

I had an oil change done and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
