Very professiinal

Everyone I talked to was polite, professional, and helpful. The service itself was quick and as of 02/02/2026 I am satisfied with the end results.

Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation for the next day, they got to it early and they called and recommend a couple filters needed replaced but I told them I usually do those myself they called back a little while later and told me it was finished. I went in to pay for the service and picked it up and I noticed they gave me a coupon discount that I didn't know about and saved me $25 dollars that was a nice surprise so thank you Jim Clark service center for that, will definitely be back.

My appointment was made quickly, I was able to drop off my vehicle early and the communication was excellent.

Terry & Roger were great. Circumstances led to the need for timely help for my wife’s car. We got it!!! We’re very grateful for being taken care of when needed.

My experience was great and always have been great at Jim Clark and that is the main reason why I keep purchasing my vehicles from there. Danny Amidon and Willie Roberts are the best period! When I was serving overseas and was having issues with my vehicle I made a call to the Jim Clark dealership and by chance I spoke with Mr. Clark and he told me that my vehicle would be taken care of and it was, Mr. Clark came to my home and had the vehicle picked up and the next day the problem was identified and fixed! I will not go to any other dealership for my vehicles!
